my 8 month "bump"

I am now 32 weeks along. I went to the dr. today and he scared me a bit by saying I was measuring large. He sent me for another ultrasound and it turns out Im measuring at 36 weeks, so this is going to be one BIG baby apparently. I didn't get to chat with the dr. after the ultrasound, so I'm hoping everything is still ok and on schedule. Here is my St. Patty's day baby bump pic!

my little boy is growing up

I am about 26 weeks along in this pic. I can't believe how fast it's going! Gabe sure does take part in making the time fly. I am so busy with him that I forget I'm pregnant most of the time. Well, except for the huge belly that gets in my way ;). I crave sweet & sour chicken just like I did with Gabe. Funny enough I really have only had some Chick Fil A for breakfast some days, but didn't want it as much as my first pregnancy.




So then the funny thing is- Gabe has a doggy in his tummy.
I am not sure where it came from, but he has himself convinced that he is growing a dog in his belly. It's the cutest thing. He tells me when he is eating, that his doggy likes or dislikes that food. The other day he told me that his doggy's hair is going to look just like his. Here is a picture of Gabe and his "doggy bump".

Here it is.....I do notice that I started showing earlier, but I also kept some extra weight around after Gabe ;)

We got SNOW!!

Shamu & San Antonio

We have been trying to get Gabe to learn to sleep in his "big boy bed" all night long. So since he had been doing kinda good, we decided to take to him to see Shamu. (we were going to San Antonio anyway) but it made it him feel special to think we were going for his accomplishment! Lupe also ran the 1/2 marathon there (the main reason for the trip).

We got to visit with family also.

Halloween 2009

Here is Gabe's dragon costume. I am so glad the weather cooperated- and it was nice and cool. His costume was so thick & bulky- if it were hot, he would have been breathing fire!!

Zoo Boo

we went to the Houston Zoo for to meet up with his new baby cousin Diego and his sister and his aunt & uncle. They have some cute decorations, but the zoo was PACKED!!

I know we have been M.I.A. I can't believe it's almost been 1 month since our last post....sorry!! But I bring news......
We are due early May!! Please say prayers for a wonderful and healthy pregnancy!!

Big Boy Bed!!

we got Gabe's big boy bed from IKEA, and I am happy to say he is actually sleeping in it. Naps and night night. But, he does end up in our bed at least by midnight or 1am......

ok, from some friends on Twitter, I heard that there is some child photo stealing going on....so I am going private. I am trying to think of everyone to invite, so I hope I havent left anyone out.
